Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Admible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy explains how we handle refunds and returns.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and gift cards, cannot be returned. Custom-made products may also be ineligible.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@admible.com. We’ll provide you with return instructions. Note that items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., for items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or any item not in its original condition).
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at contact@admible.com to arrange the exchange.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the estimated time, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank for further processing details.
